How to enquire a commission

To commission me, contact me via private message on Instagram (@lotus.plumerias) or Discord (lotus.plumerias) with (1) a valid email address, (2) your selected base and render style, and (3) a description of what you want for your art commission. I'll appreciate it if you provided references within your enquiry. If you require email communication, please private message a request through Instagram or Discord.

Terms of Service

Terms: Lotus.Plumerias (D.B.A.) as "Artist," you as "Client," and commissioned artwork or illustration as "Artwork."Will draw: Humanoids, animals, little to heavy gore, nature
Will not draw: Erotica, complex cityscapes, entirely mechanical characters, extreme gore, inappropriate portrayals of real life events1. Purpose of commission: Artwork is intended for personal and non-commercial purposes only.※ Artwork is not to be redistributed as physical nor digital merchandise for the purpose of Client's own monetary profits.2. Artist's rights: Artist has the right to deny any commission request that I do not want to draw or due to Client to Artist inappropriate behavior (i.e., ill-intended chargebacks, harassment, last minute cancellation).3. Client email: Email is required! This is for Paypal invoice.4. Scheduling: At default, commission deadlines are two months from starting date. If you want to provide a shorter deadline than two months, please have the proposed deadline be at least a week from commission enquiry.5. No generative AI: In the pursuit of creativity, please refrain from (1) using generated AI for references during the enquiry process and (2) foddering the Artwork into a generative AI model.6. Payment timeline: Payments are all done through Paypal only. If the total commission price is less than $50 USD, Client will pay after Artist completes Artwork. If commission price is or is more than $50 USD, Client must pay two installments: the starting 50% after confirming sketch art, then the remaining 50% after Artist completes Artwork.7. Terms of service acknowledgement and amendments: Artist will confirm Artwork expected details, breakdown of commission price(s), and deadlines through private message. By agreeing to the aforementioned, the Client is acknowledging the Artist's Terms of Service (listed above) and agrees to the specified total commission price (in private messages). Artist will keep record of Client's acknowledgement.—Notes:
※ If you are interested in using an Artwork for your own commercial product (i.e., YouTube thumbnails, illustrations for in-game and/or menus, visual novel style character portraits, art prints of own characters, PNG-tuber sprites), please private message me a request on Instagram or Discord along with a scope of work description. A commercial commission enquiry will require a signed contract as it is a larger commitment compared to a casual commission enquiry. Artworks for commercial purposes will receive a 10% commercial fee before tax, a minimum two (2) month deadline, and a thorough payment timeline.
